How It Works

You Place Your Order
Browse the gallery, select your item and size, add to cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address and confirm your order.

You Pay with Monero
Send the exact XMR amount shown to our wallet address. Paste your Transaction ID to confirm. The rate is locked for 15 minutes at checkout.

We Verify Your Payment
Once we confirm your Monero transaction on the blockchain, we process your order immediately. This usually takes a few hours maximum.

Your Order is Printed & Shipped
Your item is printed on demand by our trusted partner Printify and shipped directly to your address. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Download a Monero wallet. We recommend Feather Wallet (desktop) or Monerujo (Android). Both are free and open source.

Buy XMR on an exchange like Kraken, Binance, or LocalMonero. Transfer it to your wallet.

At checkout copy our wallet address, open your Monero wallet, send the exact amount shown within the 15 minute rate lock window.

Copy the Transaction ID (TXID) from your wallet after sending and paste it into the checkout confirmation field.
Common Questions
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary by country — see the shipping rates table above.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us at hello@izart.ai with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. We do replace faulty or damaged items.
Why do you only accept Monero?
Monero is the most private cryptocurrency available. It provides untraceable and unlinkable transactions by default. We chose it because your privacy matters to us. Your payment cannot be tracked or linked to your identity.
What if I sent the wrong XMR amount?
Contact us immediately at hello@izart.ai with your order reference and transaction ID. If you underpaid we will ask you to send the difference. If you overpaid we will arrange a partial refund in XMR.
What are the garments made of?
All IZART apparel is printed on Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton — 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Durable, comfortable and built to last. Printed using DTG (direct to garment) technology for sharp, long-lasting prints.
How long does production take?
Every item is printed on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Add shipping time on top of that depending on your country.
